What materials are your jewellery pieces made from?＋
Gold & Rhodium electroplated Silver & Copper base, rust resistant. Anything 925 silver is mentioned.
Will the jewellery tarnish over time?＋
The jewellery will not tarnish over time. (Note: Avoid direct contact with perfumes)
Are your gemstones natural or lab-created?＋
Most of the stones are lab created otherwise mentioned.

Orders & Shipping

How long does it take to process an order?＋
All our products are ready to ship. Orders placed before midday are dispatched the same day. Orders placed after this time are dispatched the next day. Our standard delivery time is 2-5 working days.
Do you offer international shipping?＋
Yes, we do offer international shipping.
How much does shipping cost?＋
Shipping throughout the UK is complementary. We also offer next working day delivery for an additional fee of £10. International shipping fee will be calculated at checkout.

Our jewellery is gold electroplated so will not tarnish. However, please prevent direct contact with perfumes.
