Welcome to Eliyeen. By placing an order or using our website, you're agreeing to the terms below.

1. About us

Eliyeen is a UK-based jewellery brand selling gold and rhodium electroplated pieces online. "We", "us", and "our" refer to Eliyeen; "you" refers to anyone browsing our website or placing an order.

2. A few definitions

  • "Website" means our online store and all pages within it
  • "Order" means a request you place to purchase products from us
  • "Products" means the jewellery and related items we sell
  • "Working day" means Monday to Friday, excluding UK public holidays

3. Our products

All jewellery is made from gold and rhodium electroplated silver and copper bases, unless a listing states 925 silver. Our plating is rust resistant and will not tarnish under normal use — we recommend avoiding direct contact with perfumes and strong chemicals. Most gemstones are lab-created unless stated otherwise. Screen settings may cause slight colour variation. Our products are ready to ship and manufactured through our partners in Dubai, India, and Singapore.

4. Pricing & payment

Prices include applicable taxes unless stated otherwise. We may change prices at any time, but this won't affect orders already placed. Payment is taken in full at checkout. If a product is mispriced due to error, we'll contact you before dispatch so you can proceed at the correct price or cancel for a full refund.

5. Placing an order

You'll receive an email confirming we've received your order — this isn't acceptance. Your order is accepted once dispatched. We may decline or cancel an order (e.g. stock issues, suspected fraud), and will always notify you and issue a full refund where payment was taken.

6. Shipping & delivery

  • Orders placed before midday are dispatched the same day; after midday, the next working day
  • Standard UK delivery: 2–5 working days, free of charge
  • Next working day UK delivery: additional £10
  • International shipping: fee calculated at checkout
  • Tracking number sent by email once dispatched

Delivery timeframes are estimates and may occasionally be affected by factors outside our control, such as courier delays or customs.

7. Returns, cancellations & refunds

You can return your order within 14 days of receiving it, for a refund or exchange.

  • Contact our customer service team to start a return
  • Items should be unworn, in original condition, and original packaging where possible
  • Refunds go back to your original payment method once we've received and checked the item
  • For hygiene reasons, earrings may not be eligible for return once the packaging seal is opened, unless faulty

This is in addition to your statutory right under the Consumer Contracts Regulations to cancel most online orders within 14 days without giving a reason.

8. Faulty or damaged items

If your item arrives damaged, faulty, or not as described, contact us with a photo and we'll arrange a replacement, repair, or full refund, including return delivery costs. Your rights here are protected under the Consumer Rights Act 2015.

9. Jewellery care

Clean gently with the soft cloth included in your package, and store somewhere dry. Avoid direct contact with perfumes, lotions, and other chemicals to preserve the plating and finish.

10. Website content & intellectual property

All website content — photography, designs, logos, text — belongs to Eliyeen or our licensors and is protected by copyright. You may browse and share content for personal use, but not copy, reproduce, or use it commercially without written permission.

11. Acceptable use of our website

You agree not to:

  • Use the website in any way that could damage or impair its performance
  • Attempt unauthorised access to our systems
  • Use the website for fraudulent or unlawful purposes
  • Copy or resell our content or products without permission

12. Our liability to you

We're responsible for foreseeable loss or damage resulting from our breach of these terms or negligence, but not for loss that isn't foreseeable. Nothing here limits our liability where it would be unlawful to do so (e.g. fraud, or death/injury caused by our negligence).

13. Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales. Disputes are handled by the courts of England and Wales, though customers in Scotland or Northern Ireland may bring proceedings in their home country's courts.

14. Changes to these terms

We may update these terms from time to time. Updates will be posted here with a revised date. Continuing to use our website or place orders after changes means you accept the updated terms.
